Elegant pair of 1920's, patinated, bronze hounds by master sculptor, J.E. Masson (1871-1932). and cast at the renowned Le Verrier art metal foundry in Paris. Mounted on a sandstone base which mounted with plaque naming both the artist and the founder, and also noting that the original sculpture won a gold medal at the Salon des Artistes Francais.
