Fanciful yet handsome, 19th century, N. Italian, commode with three panelled drawers atop bun feet. The whole is of walnut and features burl veneer and pearwood inlay. The front is inset with medallions of monkeys and vines while the side panels contain large silhouettes of maharajas under delicate canopies.
